In addition, Housing Managing Director V P Gautam, district Collectors and Commissioners of GHMC, Cyberabad and Malkajgiri corporations were present.

Action plan to meet Indiramma Housing deadlines in 2BHK projects

The ministers instructed officials to finalise beneficiary selection for both completed and incomplete 2BHK houses by March-end. They also directed the Housing Corporation to complete all pending 2BHK units on priority.

At the same time, they ordered strict action against bogus and non-resident allottees. Authorities must identify such cases and cancel the allotments. Subsequently, officials must reallocate those units transparently to eligible poor beneficiaries.

Further, the ministers proposed in-situ G+5 to G+10 Indiramma Housing construction in slum areas. They asked officials to prepare plans accordingly. Moreover, they instructed departments to ensure water, power and drainage facilities in all 2BHK colonies.

They also decided to frame an Affordable Housing Policy between the Regional Ring Road and Outer Ring Road limits. Officials must prepare proposals and submit them at the earliest.
