Hyderabad: Minister Mohammed Azharuddin attended the TGMREIS LEAP conference held to strengthen academic leadership and institutional accountability across Telangana.
The Telangana Minorities Residential Educational Institutions Society conducted the TGMREIS LEAP conference at the Telangana State Forest Academy. The state-level programme, titled Leadership for Excellence and Accountability Program, brought together senior officials, principals and institutional heads from TGMREIS institutions.
Addressing the gathering, Azharuddin described education as the strongest foundation for an equitable and progressive society. He said institutions should nurture aspirations, confidence and future leadership among students.
TGMREIS LEAP conference highlights academic progress and accountability
The minister congratulated students, teachers and parents for achievements in Intermediate results and JEE Mains 2026. He stated that the results reflected discipline, commitment and a strong academic ecosystem.
Azharuddin also acknowledged the support extended by Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy for minority welfare and quality education initiatives in the state.
Meanwhile, Faheem Qureshi said TGMREIS was evolving into a model educational system that combined equity with excellence. He stated that the LEAP initiative aimed to strengthen accountability, improve administrative efficiency and create a results-oriented culture in institutions.
TGMREIS LEAP conference drives institutional reforms
Qureshi highlighted structured preparation for competitive examinations, including IIT-JEE, NEET and Civil Services, as key focus areas. In addition, he stressed the importance of academic audits, data-driven governance and real-time performance tracking.
TGMREIS Secretary B. Shafiullah said the organisation had completed a decade of institutional growth and academic progress. He added that the next phase would focus on improving quality standards, expanding excellence and strengthening accountability mechanisms.
Officials stated that the TGMREIS LEAP conference reinforced the society’s commitment to leadership-driven education, institutional reform and student empowerment across minority educational institutions in Telangana.
