Kavitha alleges irregularities in Stree Nidhi appointments

Hyderabad: Telangana Rakshana Sena chief K. Kavitha alleged irregularities in Stree Nidhi appointments and demanded transparent recruitment in the organisation. She claimed that the institution, which supports women’s financial empowerment, was facing administrative lapses.

She alleged that the managing director continued to control operations even after retiring nearly 14 years ago. Moreover, she said the official was responsible for several irregularities within the organisation.

Kavitha further claimed that plans were being prepared to finalise an appointment during an employees’ meeting scheduled for May 16. Therefore, she urged authorities to ensure fairness in the process.

Stree Nidhi appointments and calls for transparency

Kavitha alleged that the managing director was attempting to retain control before his tenure ended on May 23. In addition, she questioned the government’s role in overseeing such appointments.

She criticised the Congress government and accused it of ignoring unemployed youth. Meanwhile, she alleged that irregular appointments were taking place in key positions.

The Telangana Rakshana Sena chief demanded that Minister Seethakka respond to the allegations. Furthermore, she urged the government to take action against the managing director.

She also called on Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy to issue clear instructions to maintain transparency in recruitment and administration. Consequently, she said accountability must guide all future appointments.
