Hyderabad: Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy directed officials to prepare a comprehensive Yadagirigutta land policy for allotting land within the Sri Lakshmi Narasimha Swamy Temple premises. He said the policy must protect temple ownership while ensuring transparent allocation for religious and institutional purposes.
During a high-level review meeting at the MCRHRD Bodhi Pavilion, the Chief Minister instructed officials to study the land allotment system followed by the Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams (TTD) before finalising the policy. He said the Yadagirigutta land policy should ensure proper regulation of future land allocations.
Revanth Reddy also directed officials to allot land to the Hare Rama Hare Krishna Charitable Foundation at the prevailing market price. He asked departments to prepare a list of individuals and organisations interested in constructing guest houses on the temple hill.
