Hyderabad: Bhatti Vikramarka on Monday said the government was prioritising poll promises implementation and delivering on commitments made before the elections.
Addressing a public meeting at Pipri in Adilabad district, he said the leadership understood people’s concerns through the Praja March. As a result, policies were designed to reflect real public needs.
He said governance was not about power but responsibility. Therefore, the administration remained focused on fulfilling assurances through structured action.
Welfare schemes drive poll promises implementation
The Deputy Chief Minister said several welfare initiatives were introduced to support citizens. For instance, the Indiramma Bima scheme provides ₹5 lakh insurance coverage to families.
In addition, the government transferred ₹9,000 crore into farmers’ accounts within nine days. This move offered immediate financial relief and strengthened trust among farmers.
He also said housing support was being extended through Indiramma houses for the गरीब and underprivileged sections. Moreover, Young India Integrated Schools are being developed to promote inclusive education.
Development agenda linked to governance commitments
A. Revanth Reddy was referenced by Bhatti Vikramarka while recalling the Praja March that began from Pipri. He noted that the march played a key role in shaping the government’s commitments.
Furthermore, he said the administration would honour every assurance under its governance framework. The focus, he added, is on generating revenue and redistributing it for public welfare.
Overall, the government aims to ensure long-term development while maintaining accountability to citizens through consistent delivery of promises.
