Hyderabad: Telangana Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy will visit Husnabad constituency on Wednesday. He will launch development projects worth over ₹262 crore. Additionally, he will address a public meeting under the “Praja Palana – Praja Vijayotsavam” campaign.
He will lay foundation stones for several infrastructure works. These include ₹44.12 crore for a Satavahana University engineering college, and ₹58.91 crore for a 4-lane road between Husnabad and Akkannapet. Moreover, ₹86 crore will be allocated for widening the Rajiv Rahadari stretch up to Kothapalli-Husnabad.
Other projects include ₹45.15 crore for an Advanced Technology Centre (ATC). Additionally, ₹20 crore will be used for municipal upgrades, and ₹8.5 crore for a modern RTA office with a high-end driving track.
CM to flag off express bus and hand over bicycles in Husnabad
During the visit, the Chief Minister will also flag off an express bus from Husnabad to Hyderabad. He will inspect a plastic waste management vehicle and distribute bicycles to 70 engineering students.
Ministers, MLAs, MLCs, Corporation chairpersons, DCC presidents, and key Congress leaders are expected to attend. Minister Ponnam Prabhakar is overseeing the public meeting arrangements, including LED screens, water facilities, and mobile toilets.
The town has been decorated with Congress flags and cut-outs, as local cadres welcome the visit with renewed enthusiasm.
