Cyberabad Police mark 24th Formation Day with cycling event

Hyderabad: Cyberabad Police celebrated the Cyberabad Police 24th Formation Day with a cycling event involving youth at the Narsingi Cycle Track.

To mark the occasion, police officials interacted with young participants and highlighted various public welfare initiatives, safety measures and social responsibilities undertaken by the department. They encouraged youth to act as responsible citizens and contribute positively to society.

Officials stressed the importance of respecting others’ rights and strictly following traffic rules. In addition, they advised youngsters to stay away from drugs and remain alert against cybercrimes. The interaction aimed to strengthen awareness about law, safety and civic responsibility.

After the awareness session, participants joined a cycling rally along the track. Cyberabad Police Commissioner Dr M Ramesh personally led the event and cycled alongside police personnel, which became a key highlight of the programme.

Several senior officers took part in the event, including Sherilingampally DCP CH Srinivas, Kukatpally DCP Rithiraj, CR Headquarters DCP Sanjeev, SB DCP Sudheendra and Cyber Crimes DCP Sai Manohar. ACPs, additional DCPs, police staff and a large number of youth also participated.

The event strengthened community engagement and reinforced the bond between the police and the public while celebrating the Cyberabad Police 24th Formation Day.
