Hyderabad: Telangana Governor Jishnu Dev Varma on Tuesday interacted with Stage-III winners from the state selected for the National Viksit Bharat Young Leaders Dialogue–2026.
The selected youth will represent Telangana at the national dialogue. The programme forms part of the 29th National Youth Festival–2026. It will be held in New Delhi from January 8 to 12. The Prime Minister will inaugurate the event.
During the interaction at Lok Bhavan, the Governor congratulated the young achievers. He praised their commitment, creativity and perseverance. Moreover, he acknowledged the effort required to clear the multi-stage selection process.
Officials said the dialogue aimed to promote youth participation in nation-building. It also encouraged engagement on policy and development issues. Therefore, the platform focused on innovation, inclusive growth and sustainability.

Addressing the participants, Governor Jishnu Dev Varma said they represented a generation driven by ideas and innovation. He urged them to act with responsibility. He also asked them to contribute with purpose.
“You represent a generation fuelled by ideas, innovation and inclusive growth. Therefore, as nation-builders, carry forward the Viksit Bharat vision with distinction,” the Governor said.
He further encouraged the winners to share ideas confidently during the dialogue. At the same time, he asked them to learn from experts and peers from across the country.
Officials said the National Viksit Bharat Young Leaders Dialogue provided a unique platform for interaction. Consequently, it allowed young leaders to engage directly with policymakers and specialists.
They added that the initiative aimed to harness youth potential. Ultimately, it sought to shape India’s future through informed participation and leadership.
