Hyderabad: Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy directed companies to operationalise MoU investments Telangana and asked officials to extend full support for project execution.
He reviewed agreements signed at global forums, including Davos and the Telangana Rising Global Summit, during a high-level meeting with senior officials. The Chief Minister stressed the need to accelerate implementation and convert commitments into grounded investments.
During the review, he instructed officials to classify companies into three categories. He said well-established firms should receive priority to speed up execution. Officials presented updates on projects that have already taken off and those awaiting clearances.
They also shared details on pending land allocation across regions, including Bharat Future City. The Chief Minister directed departments to complete land acquisition without delay. He also asked officials to plan infrastructure and assess future requirements.
He suggested using treated water from sewage treatment plants to meet the needs of data centres. Additionally, he instructed authorities to fast-track works in Future City and ensure regular monitoring.
MoU investments Telangana to be tracked with real-time system
The Chief Minister said officials must engage with companies that have completed initial processes. He directed them to organise foundation stone ceremonies at the earliest. This, he said, would signal progress and build investor confidence.
He also called for a real-time dashboard to monitor MoU investments Telangana. The system will track timelines, investment size, job creation, and implementation status. It will also help identify bottlenecks quickly.
Further, he ordered the creation of a dedicated monitoring mechanism under a senior IAS officer. This system will ensure continuous review and accountability across departments.
At the same time, he reviewed the progress of IT towers in Tier-2 and Tier-3 cities. He also examined projects funded by JICA in the IT and industrial sectors and suggested measures to improve execution.
Officials said the push on MoU investments Telangana aims to ensure faster conversion of proposals into operational projects and strengthen the state’s investment ecosystem.
