Hyderabad: The Telangana Congress has opened its doors to leaders who left earlier. At the TPCC extended meeting on September 8, Bhatti Vikramarka proposed that such leaders be readmitted. The proposal received unanimous support.
The plan applies to leaders who left due to ticket denial or differences within the party. Several have already come back. Others remain in BJP and BRS.

Leaders on the list include Ponnala Laxmaiah, Nagam Janardhan Reddy, Cheruku Sudhakar, Vishnuvardhan Reddy, Manavatha Rai, Kurva Vijay Kumar, Marri Shashidhar Reddy, and Marri Janardhan Reddy.
Congress leaders said the move is meant to build organisational strength. They expect the decision to give the party a stronger base across Telangana.
