Pensioner Facilitation Camp schedules released for Delhi in January

New Delhi: The Principal Controller of Communication Accounts released the January schedule for Pensioner Facilitation Camp programmes across Delhi and NCR.

The Department of Telecom said the office would organise Telecom Pensioners Jeevan Praman Camps at several locations. These include the Pr. CCA Delhi office at Delhi Sanchar Lekha Bhawan in Prasad Nagar. Camps will also operate at the Eastern Court extension counter in Janpath and MTNL and BSNL premises across the region.

Officials said the Pensioner Facilitation Camp initiative aimed to help pensioners complete Life Certificate verification on the spot. They advised pensioners to attend camps at convenient locations and carry required documents.

Each camp will function from 11 am to 4 pm on scheduled dates. Officials clarified that pensioners who have already submitted their Life Certificate need not visit the camps again.

Pensioner Facilitation Camp dates and facilities in Delhi

The first camp will take place on 16 January at the MTNL Exchange Building in C-10 Yamuna Vihar. The next camp will follow on 19 January at the MTNL Exchange Building in Laxmi Nagar. Another camp will be held on 20 January at the MTNL Exchange Building in Narela.

Further camps are scheduled on 22 January at the MTNL Exchange Building in Dwarka Sector-6. The final camp will take place on 27 January at the MTNL Exchange Building in Nehru Place, New Delhi.

Officials said each Pensioner Facilitation Camp would provide training on submitting Digital Life Certificates through the Jeevan Praman portal. Staff will also guide pensioners on using the Jeevan Praman face authentication application.

The camps will accept Know Your Pensioner forms on site. Pensioners must bring one photograph and a copy of their Aadhaar card. Officials said the camps would also handle grievances and general queries.
