Hyderabad Agri Show begins at NTR Stadium, 1 lakh farmers expected

Hyderabad: The Hyderabad Agri Show began at NTR Stadium on Thursday, with organisers expecting nearly one lakh farmers to attend the three-day agricultural exhibition.

Raithubadi is conducting the event from February 20 to 22. Announcing the programme, Raithubadi representative Rajender Reddy said organisers made extensive arrangements to manage participation from Telangana, Andhra Pradesh and other parts of the country. He added that teams streamlined entry, security and exhibition logistics in advance.

More than 500 companies from India and abroad are taking part in the exhibition. They have set up stalls to display the latest agricultural innovations and technologies. The venue features modern farm machinery, artificial intelligence-based tools, drone technology, high-quality seeds, plants and fertilisers. In addition, exhibitors are showcasing drip irrigation systems and advanced equipment.

Organisers have scheduled seminars and interactive sessions during the three-day programme. These discussions focus on modern cultivation methods, emerging technologies and sustainable practices. As a result, farmers can gain practical knowledge to improve productivity and reduce input costs.
