Ambedkar ideals guide Telangana governance: Vivek Venkatswamy

Hyderabad: Labour and Mines Minister G Vivek Venkatswamy said Ambedkar ideals guided governance in Telangana, stressing that the Constitution enabled India to emerge as a model nation.

He said Dr. B R Ambedkar’s Constitution strengthened the country’s economic and political systems. Moreover, he noted that it enabled the formation of smaller states and ensured democratic stability.

Venkatswamy said Ambedkar ideals continue to guide Dalits and ensure constitutional safeguards. He added that Ambedkar played a historic role in protecting their rights and dignity.

He said he personally donated 100 Ambedkar statues across Telangana. He described this effort as a privilege and a tribute to Babasaheb’s legacy.
