Hyderabad: Deputy Chief Minister Bhatti Vikramarka said the recent municipal and corporation poll victories reflected public confidence in administration and endorsed people-centric governance in Telangana.
In a statement on Friday, he described the results as a clear public mandate in favour of the government’s approach. According to him, public confidence in administration translated directly into electoral support for the Congress party.
He said that over the past two years, the government has worked with a focus on empowerment in education, healthcare, employment and infrastructure. Therefore, he termed the victory a recognition of sustained efforts across key sectors.
Bhatti stated that trust and credibility among people naturally turned into public backing. He added that clean leadership, transparent governance and collective effort laid the foundation for the party’s success.
Public confidence in administration seen in statewide results
The Deputy Chief Minister said the cabinet, under Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy, functioned in close coordination to advance the State’s development agenda. As a result, he noted, development initiatives further strengthened public confidence in administration.
Moreover, he credited party workers for campaigning relentlessly with a clear objective of victory. At the same time, he acknowledged widespread public support for the government’s welfare and development programmes.
Bhatti described the mandate as an indication of positive change in the State’s political landscape. He maintained that the outcomes reaffirmed public confidence in administration and validated the government’s governance model.
He further assured that the government would act with greater responsibility in the coming years. Additionally, he emphasised that the leadership would remain committed to fulfilling people’s aspirations and upholding their trust.
