Bomb threats to three flights at Hyderabad airport trigger checks

Hyderabad: Security personnel at Hyderabad’s Shamshabad airport launched emergency protocols on Monday after three incoming flights received bomb threats. Bomb squads conducted thorough checks, and all passengers were safely evacuated.

The flights under threat included an IndiGo Airlines flight from Kannur, a Lufthansa flight from Frankfurt, and a British Airways flight from London. Authorities confirmed that the aircraft landed safely at the airport and were immediately inspected.

Passengers were disembarked and moved to isolation zones as a precaution. Bomb disposal teams carried out detailed inspections of each aircraft. As of now, no explosives have been found, and officials are continuing their investigation into the source of the threats.
