New Delhi: Prime Minister Narendra Modi highlighted the Consumer complaint portal by sharing an article written by Union Minister Pralhad Joshi. He said e-Jagriti digitises every stage of complaint handling and improves access to consumer services.
The Prime Minister shared the article on X. He said it explains how e-Jagriti resolves several challenges through complete digital processing of consumer complaints. He added that the initiative reflects the government’s commitment to technology-driven governance.
Moreover, he said officials refined the platform after extensive consultations with stakeholders. According to him, the reforms place consumer justice among the sectors undergoing structural digital transformation.
Consumer complaint portal strengthens digital reforms
The article explains that e-Jagriti manages every stage of a complaint through a digital workflow. Consequently, consumers can access faster, more transparent and efficient grievance redressal.
