Kishan Reddy inaugurates renovated Padmasali Kalyana Mandapam

Hyderabad: Union Minister for Coal and Mines G Kishan Reddy inaugurated the renovated Padmasali Kalyana Mandapam at West Marredpally, Nehrunagar, Secunderabad on Thursday.

The renovation introduced modern amenities and improved infrastructure at the Padmasali Kalyana Mandapam. According to the Minister, the upgraded facility will now serve poor and middle-class families more effectively. He stated that improved accessibility and better services will make it easier for families to conduct social and community events at affordable costs.

Kishan Reddy appreciated the efforts of the Padmashali Seva Samiti in maintaining and developing the community hall. He said the organisation has consistently worked for the welfare of the Padmashali community through various initiatives.

The Minister noted that the Samiti runs old age homes and hostels for students. In addition, it provides scholarships to economically weaker sections to support their education. He emphasised that such service-oriented initiatives strengthen social harmony and uplift vulnerable sections of society.

Highlighting government welfare schemes for different communities, Kishan Reddy urged social organisations to extend support to the poor irrespective of caste or community. He stressed that inclusive service activities create long-term social impact and promote unity.

Local residents and members of the Padmashali Seva Samiti attended the inauguration ceremony. They welcomed the improvements and expressed hope that the renovated Padmasali Kalyana Mandapam would benefit families across the area.
