Hyderabad: 16th NAREDCO Telangana Property Show 2026 will be held at the HITEX Exhibition Centre from October 30 to November 1. The three-day event will take place in Hall No. 4 from 10 am to 8 pm daily. It will bring together property developers, financial institutions and other real estate industry stakeholders.
The exhibition will feature residential, commercial and retail properties, along with plotted developments. Visitors can explore different projects and interact directly with developers. They can also learn about available home loan options from participating financial institutions.
Hyderabad’s real estate market continues to attract interest across several property segments. Infrastructure development and the growth of information technology, global capability centres, technology and life sciences have supported the city’s development. Against this backdrop, the property show aims to connect prospective buyers with developers and financing providers.
NAREDCO Telangana is organising the event to strengthen engagement across the real estate sector. Its president, Sreedhar Reddy Koppula, said the exhibition provides an important platform for the industry. He also highlighted demand across different property segments.
Secretary General R. Venkateswara Rao said visitors would have an opportunity to compare projects and financing options. Meanwhile, Executive Vice Presidents Kali Prasad Damera and K Gopala Krishna acknowledged stakeholder support and the participation of developers. Their comments also highlighted the market’s expectations and the importance of industry collaboration.

The exhibition has secured support from developers and companies across several sponsorship categories. Vasavi Group, Gangothri Infra Edge, Jayabheri Group and Anvita Group are the powered-by sponsors. Platinum sponsors include Rajapushpa Properties, Greenmark Developers, Radhey Constructions, Ramky Estates & Farms, Aditya Construction Company and Myron Homes.
