It includes strategies to build a $3 trillion economy through empowerment of youth, farmers, and women. One key message is the government’s focus on ease of doing business and ease of attracting talent, aimed at transforming Hyderabad into a global talent hub.

The strategy also envisions every farmer in Telangana becoming a producer, processor, brand creator, and exporter by 2047. In addition, it outlines plans to empower one crore women to become millionaires. These themes are expected to be prominently featured in the trilingual release prepared for the summit.
