Hyderabad: Kardi Ai will launch its AI-powered long-term ECG monitoring technology in India on September 26 in Hyderabad. The company disclosed the plan during a press conference at FTCCI on Friday.

The Czech HealthTech company developed the technology to extend cardiac rhythm monitoring beyond conventional ECG tests and 24-hour Holter examinations. Its system combines a wearable ECG chest strap, mobile connectivity and AI-supported ECG analysis.
Hyderabad-based Eurasia Medical Technologies LLP is facilitating the India launch. The company serves as the Indian arm of Kardi Ai.
The technology targets a key challenge in cardiac diagnosis. An irregular heartbeat may not occur during a conventional ECG or a 24-hour Holter examination.
A conventional ECG gives doctors a short snapshot of heart activity. In contrast, a Holter monitor records cardiac activity for a defined period, often 24 hours.
Kardi Ai enables longer observation of heart rhythm. Doctors can access ECG data collected over an extended period and review potential intermittent rhythm abnormalities.
The patient wears a lightweight ECG chest strap during everyday activities. Recorded ECG data moves through the mobile platform, while AI-supported analysis helps physicians review potential rhythm abnormalities.
The technology supports physicians in clinical assessment. It does not replace clinical diagnosis or medical decision-making.
Kardi Ai is entering India as a prescription-grade medical technology rather than a consumer fitness device. According to the company, the device has secured an MD-15 licence from the Government of India for import and sale in India.
The device also carries a CE mark under the European Union medical-device regulatory framework. The company said it is an EU MDR Class IIa medical device.
Its manufacturing and quality processes align with ISO 13485, the international quality-management standard for medical devices.
The launch programme will bring together cardiologists, electrophysiologists, physicians and hospital leaders. Healthcare technology professionals and other stakeholders will also attend the event.
Clinical sessions will cover cardiac arrhythmias, detection and diagnosis. The programme will also examine the clinical value of long-term ECG monitoring and its use in clinical practice.
A panel discussion will follow the clinical sessions. The programme will then conclude with the official launch of Kardi Ai in India.
Kardi Ai launch to focus on long-term cardiac monitoring
The launch will take place on Saturday, September 26, 2026, from 6:30 PM onwards. The venue is Daspalla Hotel in Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad.
The India launch comes as healthcare increasingly adopts remote monitoring, digital health and AI-assisted clinical decision support. The company is positioning long-term rhythm monitoring as a way to provide physicians with more cardiac data.
The central proposition behind the technology is that intermittent abnormalities may require a longer observation window. Longer ECG monitoring can therefore provide information that short-duration testing may not capture.
The India launch carries the theme “From signal to insight for healthier lives”. The programme will explore long-term ECG monitoring, remote cardiac care and artificial intelligence in cardiovascular healthcare.
The company also highlighted the cardiovascular disease burden in India. It said cardiovascular disease remains the country’s leading cause of death and stressed the importance of early detection and continuous monitoring.
According to the company, WHO estimates that around 220 million Indians live with hypertension. It also stated that only about 12% have their blood pressure under control.
Against this backdrop, Kardi Ai is introducing its long-term ECG monitoring system for physician use. The company said the technology could give doctors a longer view of heart rhythm when abnormalities occur intermittently.
The system combines wearable monitoring with mobile connectivity and AI-supported analysis. Patients can continue their normal daily activities while the system records ECG data.
The company said the technology is intended to assist physicians in identifying potential rhythm abnormalities. Clinical diagnosis and medical decisions, however, remain with healthcare professionals.
The launch will mark the company’s formal entry into the Indian market. It will also provide a platform for healthcare professionals to discuss long-term rhythm monitoring and remote cardiac care.
