Sports goods and toys saw GST reduced to 5%, helping children and athletes. Two-wheelers up to 350cc shifted from 28% to 18%, lowering costs for commuters and gig workers.
Small cars also dropped to the 18% slab, supporting first-time buyers. Officials said the reforms align with the government’s Fit India Movement and youth mobility initiatives.
