Hyderabad: Erravelli land survey continued for a second day as revenue officials checked government land near former Chief Minister K. Chandrasekhar Rao’s farmhouse in Siddipet district.
Officials inspected 388 acres under Survey No. 325 to verify the extent of government land in the area. Alongside the ground inspection, authorities used a satellite survey to map the boundaries accurately.
The survey team also focused on land parcels in the area. Meanwhile, Markook mandal revenue officials were compiling a detailed report based on their findings.
The report was set to include various survey numbers and records of farmers who had previously owned the lands. Officials were reviewing these records as part of the ongoing exercise.
Erravelli land survey covers three villages
On the first day, officials identified and marked boundary lines covering lands in Erravelli, Venkatapur and Varadarajpur villages. The exercise continued as part of the broader verification of land boundaries and ownership records.
The Erravelli land survey combined physical verification with satellite-based mapping to establish the boundaries of the surveyed land. Officials were also reviewing survey numbers and earlier ownership records as they prepared the report.
