NSUI discusses NEET paper leak at Gandhi Bhavan meeting

Hyderabad: NSUI discussed the NEET paper leak issue during its state-level executive meeting held at Gandhi Bhavan on Saturday. Leaders condemned incidents affecting students’ futures and demanded immediate action from the Central government over alleged examination irregularities.

TPCC vice-president and NSUI organisational in-charge M.A. Faheem attended the meeting as chief guest. State leaders, district presidents, activists, and student representatives participated in the discussions on examination transparency and student welfare.

The meeting also reviewed preparations for the May 22 visit of NSUI national president Vinod Jakar to Telangana. Leaders called for large-scale participation during his visit and urged party workers to strengthen student mobilisation across districts.

NSUI leaders said the organisation would continue raising issues related to students’ rights and fairness in competitive examinations. They also criticised alleged irregularities in examination systems and demanded accountability from authorities.

NEET paper leak protests planned across Telangana

During the meeting, NSUI leaders announced plans to organise a torch rally over the NEET paper leak issue. The organisation also decided to submit memorandums to the Governor and Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy as part of the protest programme.

Addressing party members, M.A. Faheem directed leaders and activists to intensify campaigns on issues affecting students across Telangana. He urged district units to organise stronger movements on education and student welfare concerns.

The leaders also stressed the need for coordinated protests and awareness campaigns in colleges and universities. According to them, the organisation would continue demanding transparency in examination processes and protection of students’ interests.

NSUI state president Venkataswamy and other senior leaders attended the meeting in large numbers. They said the organisation planned to strengthen its outreach among students through district-level programmes and protest activities.

The meeting concluded with discussions on future agitation plans and organisational activities linked to student issues in Telangana. Leaders also appealed to student communities to participate actively in the upcoming protest programmes.
