Mumbai: Reliance Industries chairman Mukesh Ambani on Tuesday unveiled the Reliance AI manifesto and said it would improve productivity across the company by ten times.
He said the initiative would directly benefit more than six lakh employees. Ambani added that the move would also influence the country’s economy and society. He explained that the manifesto formed part of a broader plan to transform Reliance into an AI-driven deep-tech enterprise.
Ambani described artificial intelligence as the most important technological development in human history. He said Reliance wanted to lead India’s AI revolution, similar to its role in driving the country’s digital transformation. He also stressed the need for safety, trust, and accountability in AI systems.

He invited employees to submit ideas on how AI could be used across operations. Ambani asked staff to share their suggestions between January 10 and January 26. He said employee participation would help accelerate innovation and strengthen long-term growth.
