Telugu states development should drive shared progress, says Chandrababu

Hyderabad: Telugu states development should advance through healthy competition and close cooperation, Andhra Pradesh Cheif Minister N.Chandrababu Naidu said while reflecting on 12 years since the bifurcation of the erstwhile united Andhra Pradesh into Telangana and Andhra Pradesh.

N.Chandrababu Naidu said that although the two states were formed as separate administrative entities, the Telugu people would always remain united through their shared language, culture and history. He stressed that both states should strive for rapid growth and set new benchmarks in governance, infrastructure and economic development.

He noted that Telangana and Andhra Pradesh have made significant progress since state formation. At the same time, he said both governments should continue focusing on creating opportunities for future generations and improving the quality of life for citizens.

N.Chandrababu Naidu highlighted the rich historical and cultural legacy of the Telugu region. He expressed confidence that the Telugu-speaking states would achieve many more milestones in the years ahead through innovation, investment and people-centric development.

Telugu states development linked to Viksit Bharat vision

N.Chandrababu Naidu said Hyderabad and Amaravati should emerge as world-class cities that attract global investment, talent and innovation. He added that both capitals have the potential to become symbols of modern development while preserving their unique cultural identities.

He also stressed that the benefits of growth must reach every Telugu family. According to him, governments should focus on ensuring better living standards, improved public services and expanded economic opportunities for all sections of society.

Referring to the national goal of Viksit Bharat 2047, he said Telangana and Andhra Pradesh should work together in areas of mutual interest and contribute significantly to India’s development journey.

N.Chandrababu Naidu expressed hope that the combined efforts of the two states would strengthen the stature of the Telugu people and showcase their achievements on the national and global stage. He said cooperation, progress and shared aspirations would help both states achieve greater success in the coming decades.
