TS MESA felicitation ceremony honours SSC and Intermediate students in Hyderabad

Hyderabad: TS MESA Urdu Officers Unit organised a student felicitation ceremony on Saturday at Raga Educational Academy in Moghalpura, Hyderabad, to honour meritorious SSC and Intermediate students from government schools and colleges.

The unit selected 50 students and presented them with certificates of appreciation and mementos for their academic performance. In addition, educationists and lecturers addressed the gathering and encouraged students to pursue higher education with focus and discipline. The programme aimed to promote academic excellence and motivate students toward future goals.

The ceremony began with the recitation of the Holy Qur’an and a Na’at performance by students. Moreover, Mr. Mohd Aejazuddin welcomed the guests and explained the activities of the TS MESA Urdu Officers Unit. He said the organisation supports employee welfare while also focusing on educational upliftment. He added that the initiative for government school students began last year and received strong support.

Mr. Farooq Ahmed urged parents to ensure equal educational opportunities for girls and boys. He also encouraged students to set clear goals and work consistently toward achievement. Meanwhile, Dr. Riyaz appreciated the initiative and praised the organisers for supporting student development. He also highlighted education reforms introduced by the Government of Telangana.

Former State General Secretary Mr. Toufiqur Rahman delivered a guidance session on career options after SSC and Intermediate studies. Furthermore, Dr. M.A. Naeem emphasised the importance of promoting the Urdu language and commended the response from students and parents. Teachers and organisers contributed to the smooth conduct of the event, while Mr. Mohammed Younus coordinated proceedings and shared guidance with students.

The programme also felicitated a retired former General Secretary for his long service. Additionally, organisers thanked Raga Educational Academy for hosting the event. Students expressed gratitude for the encouragement and shared aspirations to pursue careers in MBBS, engineering, law and other professional fields.
