Arunachal Nagaland floods reviewed by PM Modi with MPs

New Delhi: Prime Minister Narendra Modi reviewed the Arunachal Nagaland floods with Members of Parliament from the two states on Thursday and assured continued support from the Centre to tackle the challenges caused by the disaster.

During the meeting, Modi discussed the flood situation in Arunachal Pradesh and Nagaland. He said the Central Government would continue working closely with the respective state governments to strengthen relief and response efforts.

The Prime Minister also prayed for the safety and well-being of people affected by the floods.

Later, Modi shared details of the meeting in a post on X. He said the discussions focused on the flood situation in both states and the steps needed to address the challenges.

The Prime Minister reiterated that the Centre would continue coordinating with the state governments to support relief measures and assist affected communities.

He also expressed hope for the safety and welfare of all those impacted by the floods.
