Indiramma houses inaugurated in Rajaram and Kothapalli

Hyderabad: State Labour, Employment, Mines and Geology Minister Gaddam Vivek Venkataswamy inaugurated newly constructed Indiramma houses in Rajaram and Kothapalli villages of Kotapalli mandal in Mancherial district on Sunday.

Peddapalli MP Gaddam Vamshi Krishna joined the minister in opening the houses built under the state government’s Indiramma housing scheme. The leaders cut the ribbon and formally handed over the houses to beneficiaries.

Speaking on the occasion, Vivek Venkataswamy said the Congress government launched the housing programme to fulfil the dream of home ownership for poor families. He said the government aimed to provide every eligible family with a permanent house and a secure future.

The minister stated that the scheme reflected the government’s commitment to improving the lives of economically weaker sections. He added that the programme offered more than promises and delivered long-term stability and dignity to beneficiaries.

According to him, the newly built houses in Rajaram and Kothapalli would bring fresh hope to several families. He reiterated that the government remained committed to ensuring that eligible beneficiaries received housing support.

Indiramma houses bring new hope to families

MP Vamshi Krishna said the state government was giving high priority to the welfare of poor families and housing development. He noted that access to safe and secure housing played a key role in improving living standards and social development.

He said the Indiramma houses scheme was helping thousands of families secure permanent shelter. The initiative, he added, would contribute to the overall development of rural communities across Telangana.

Local public representatives, government officials, villagers and beneficiaries attended the programme. They welcomed the completion of the housing units and expressed hope that more eligible families would benefit from the scheme in the coming phases.

The state government has been implementing the housing programme across Telangana with the objective of providing permanent homes to poor families. Officials said the initiative would continue in different districts to ensure wider coverage and support for eligible households.
