Delhi curtain-raiser to precede Telangana Global Summit

The government will hold a curtain-raiser programme in New Delhi on October 29, with Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy participating. Organisers have invited ambassadors, industry leaders, prominent industrialists and other distinguished guests. Roadshows have already taken place in Chennai, Bengaluru and Hyderabad. Furthermore, the government is inviting more than 1,500 companies and organisations to the main summit.

The event will give special attention to the defence and aerospace sectors. For this purpose, organisers have invited around 100 global companies and organisations to the Raksha Expo.

The main venue will feature 25 sectors for plenary sessions, seminars, exhibitions, discussions and agreement-signing ceremonies. Cultural programmes will also showcase Telangana’s heritage. Therefore, the event will combine investment discussions with exhibitions and cultural activities.

Jaju directed all departments to work closely together and ensure smooth arrangements for delegates. These include transport, accommodation and meeting facilities. He stressed the need for comprehensive preparation to support the summit’s programme.
